Greg Harton's truck was vandalized Monday night at the back door of his Shelter Insurance office. He locked the truck and went inside to take care of an insureds policy. He was in the office less than 40 minutes. They broke out the passenger side window of his Toyota Tacoma and took his wallet that was in the middle compartment.
