Tree Falls and Blocks West Central Street

Wednesday morning a large tree fell across the road on West Central Street, blocking traffic completely.

The giant oak tree was in the yard of Bobbie Ann Webb.  The Warren Police Department is on the scene rerouting traffic.  Watson street is still open.  The Highway Department and City of Warren crews are also working at the scene to remove the obstruction.

Travelers are advised to use a different route until the tree has been cleared.
